A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING NEGOTIATION OF A CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH HMH, INC. FOR CRISTICH LANE STORM DRAIN SERVICES
WHEREAS, HMH, INC. is currently completing construction plans and specifications
for a storm drainage system immediately north of Cristich Lane, and
WHEREAS, HMH, INC. has completed preliminary design analysis for the extension
of a new storm drainage system to serve Cristich Lane and adjacent areas of McGlincey Lane,
and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell wishes to construct a storm drainage system III
Cristich Lane and adjacent areas of McGlincey Lane at the earliest opportunity;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby authorizes the Public Works Director to negotiate and execute a Consultant
Services Agreement with HMH, INC. for Cristich Lane storm drain design services in an
amount not to exceed $57,643.00.
