RESOLUTION NO. 9490
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS
AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS FOR
A FRONT END LOADER WITH ATTACHMENTS
WHEREAS, the existing front end loader with attachments has reached the end of its
useful life; and,
WHEREAS, the adopted Fiscal Year 1998-99 operating budget has appropriated funds
for its replacement; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has been presented with specifications for a replacement
front end loader with attachments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the specifications for a front end loader with attachments be, and they are hereby, adopted
and approved and that the Public Works Director is authorized and directed to give notice
inviting sealed proposals for purchase of a front end loader with attachments.
