RESOLUTION NO. 9479
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS
AND APPROVING THE FINAL TRACT MAP - TRACT 9111
194 REDDING ROAD
WHEREAS, an offer of dedication for public service easements for underground public
utility purposes is being offered on the final subdivision map; and
WHEREAS, the tentative subdivision map for 194 Redding Road (TS 97-02) was
approved by the City Council on April 21, 1998; and
WHEREAS, at the time of approval of the final subdivision map, the legislative body
must either accept or reject any offers of dedication;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to accept the dedication of a public service easement
for underground public utility purposes as shown on the final subdivision map TS 97-02 for
194 Redding Road, and hereby approves the Final Subdivision Map for Tract 9111.
