RESOLUTION NO. 9465
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ACCEPT THE DEDICATION OF
A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT AS OFFERED ON PM 97-10,
50, 98, AND 110 CURTNER AVENUE
WHEREAS, the tentative parcel map for 50, 98, and 110 Curtner Avenue (97-10) was
approved by the Planning Commission on February 10, 1998; and
WHEREAS, an offer of dedication of a public utility easement is being offered on the
final parcel map; and
WHEREAS, at the time of approval of the final parcel map, the legislative body must
either accept or reject any offers of dedication;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to accept the dedication of public right-of-way for
street purposes as shown on the final parcel map PM 97-10 for 50, 98, and 110 Curtner
Avenue.
