RESOLUTION NO. 9462
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AWARDING
THE CONTRACT FOR THE POLICE
DEP ARTMENT HANDGUN REPLACEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell on September 15, 1998, approved
specifications and called for bids for the Police Department Handgun Replacement
Project; and,
WHEREAS, bids have been called for and received for the Police Department Handgun
Replacement Project; and,
WHEREAS, FIREARMS For LAW ENFORCEMENT owned by Jim Wright has been
found to be the lowest responsible bidder for the complete package bid for a total of
$78,492.08.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the contract for the Police Department Handgun Replacement Project be awarded to
Jim Wright.
