RESOLUTION NO. 9460
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE POLICE DEPARTMENT TO SUBMIT
AN APPLICATION FOR A SANTA CLARA COUNTY
TRAFFIC SAFE COMMUNITIES MINI-GRANT
WHEREAS, the Santa Clara County Public Health Department IS soliciting
applications for a Traffic Safe Communities mini-grant; and
WHEREAS, a sum of $10,000 is available to the Campbell Police Department
through the Traffic Safe Communities Network; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been presented with a request from staff to
authorize submission of a mini-grant application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL that the Police Department is authorized to submit a mini-grant
application to the Santa Clara County Public Health Department for a Traffic Safe
Communities mini-grant.
