RESOLUTION NO. 9459
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AMENDING THE COMPENSATION OF THE CITY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized to establish the compensation paid to
the City Attorney;
WHEREAS, the City Attorney's compensation and Agreement were last amended
by Resolution No. 9112 dated August 6, 1996;
WHEREAS, it appears that seventy-five (75) hours per month appear to be a
reasonable estimate of services required of the City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a six percent (6%) increase in the montWy
compensation under the retainer is warranted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell, pursuant to Section 7 of the Amended Agreement for Services of City
Attorney, that the City Attorney's compensation shall be as follows, effective November
17, 1998:
