RESOLUTION NO.9452
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY ROSENDIN ELECTRIC,
INC. FOR PROJECT 96-22, HAMILTON AVENUE/EDEN AVENUE TRAFFIC SIGNAL
INSTALLATION AND DIRECTING
THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 9337 on February 17, 1998,
authorizing the Public Works Director to execute a contract for construction of improvements
known as Project 96-22, Hamilton Avenue/Eden A venue Traffic Signal Installation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, on the same Resolution, approved a budget adjustment
for appropriations necessary to complete the Hamilton/Eden Project 96-22; and
WHEREAS, the contract was executed by the Public Works Director and Rosendin
Electric, Inc. on March 5, 1998, and
WHEREAS, Rosendin Electric, Inc. has completed the aforementioned contract in
accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby accepts the improvements constructed on Project 96-22, Hamilton
Avenue/Eden Avenue Traffic Signal Installation and directs staff to file the Notice of
Completion.
