RESOLUTION NO. 9451
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE
A CONSULT ANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DILLINGHAM ASSOCIATES
FOR THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND COST ESTIMATE FOR
VIRGINIA PARK
WHEREAS, the Park Improvement Implementation Plan identified Virginia Park as a
priority project for park improvements in the City of Campbell; and
WHEREAS, an extensive Request for Proposal (RFP) process was conducted ill
conjunction with the Campbell Park Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, Dillingham Associates was identified as a qualified firm during the RFP
process but was not chosen for the Campbell Park Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, Dillingham Associates is equally qualified for the Virginia Park project
and has experience working in the City of Campbell;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby authorizes the Public Works Director to negotiate and execute a Consultant
Services Agreement with Dillingham Associates, Landscape Architects, for the preparation of
plans and cost estimate for Virginia Park in an amount not to exceed $21,000.
