RESOLUTION NO. 9443
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL ADOPTING
THE AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH SANTA CLARA
COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT
FOR FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES
WHEREAS, in 1993, the City of Campbell contracted with the Santa
Clara County Fire Department for fire protection services within the City of
Campbell;
WHEREAS, both the City of Campbell and the Santa Clara County Fire
Department wish to move forward and invoke the automatic renewal provision
in the agreement, with some enhancements/modifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Campbell adopt the Resolution for the Amendment to the Agreement
with the Santa Clara Fire Department for fire protection services, with
enhancements/modifications, for a five-year period.
