RESOLUTION NO. 9441
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY SPOSETO ENGINEERING,
INC. FOR PROJECT 98-72, SIDEWALK MAINTENANCE AND
PROJECT 96- 09 - PHASE II, ACCESSIBITY RAMPS AND DIRECTING
THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 9378 on April 7, 1998, authorizing
the Public Works Director to execute a contract for construction of improvements known as
Project 98-72, Sidewalk Maintenance and Project 96-09 -Phase II, Accessibility Ramps; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, on the same Resolution, approved an increase in the
project contingency to $ 37,770.43 and authorizing the Public Works Director to execute a
contract change order for additional sidewalks and curb repairs at various locations throughout
the City, and
WHEREAS, the contract was executed by the Public Works Director and Sposeto
Engineering, Inc. on June 3, 1998, and
WHEREAS, Sposeto Engineering, Inc. has completed the aforementioned contract in
accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby accepts the improvements constructed on Project 98-72. Sidewalk
Maintenance and Project 96-09 - Phase II, Accessibility Ramps and directs staff to file the
Notice of Completion.
