RESOLUTION NO. 9437
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAMPBELL AMENDING THE CITY'S CAPITAL BUDGET FOR THE
1998/99 FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council an annual budget for
the operating of all departments and facilities of the City of Campbell for the fiscal year
1998/99; and
WHEREAS, the City Council took action to amend the operating budget; and
WHEREAS, all amendments have been incorporated into the total calculation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the capital budget be amended by $8,995 reflecting transfers-out for
General Fund project expenditures over funding sources as of June 30, 1998.
PASSED AND ADOPTED the 15th day of September, 1998 by the following roll
call vote:
