RESOLUTION NO. 9433
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY GRADETECH INC. FOR THE
LOS GATOS CREEK TRAIL WIDENING PROJECT (95-03)
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 9364 on April 21, 1998,
awarding a contract to GradeTech, Inc. for Construction of the improvements known as the
Los Gatos Creek Trail Widening Project (95-03); and
WHEREAS, GradeTech, Inc. has completed the aforementioned contract in accordance
with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby accepts the improvements constructed under the Los Gatos Creek Trail
Widening project and directs staff to file a Notice of Completion.
