RESOLUfION NO. 9429
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
AUTHORIZING STAFF TO CALL FOR BIDS
FOR THE CITY HALL HV AC PROJECT (CIP #99-07)
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a Capital Improvement Program budget
for the 1998/99 fiscal year which includes project #99-07: New H.V.A.C. for City
Hall; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to install a new H.V.A.C. system in City Hall; and
WHEREAS, The plans and specifications for this H.V.A.C. system have been
provided to and approved by the City's Building Official;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby
approve the plans and specifications and authorizes a call for bids for the installation of a
new H.V.A.C. system for the City Hall building.
