RESOLUTION NO. 9427
BEING A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH SAN JOSE/EVERGREEN COMMUNITY COLLEGE
DISTRICT FOR FLU SHOTS TO SENIOR CITIZENS
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell recognizes the need for flu shots for Senior Citizens in
Campbell; and
WHEREAS, San Jose/Evergreen Community College District is designated as the agency to
provide the flu shots and personnel;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to execute an
agreement with San Jose/Evergreen Community College District for flu shot services in
October 1998, 1999 and 2000.
