A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE A WARD OF BID FOR
MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has reviewed a Request For
Proposal (RFP) for Management Information Services for Fiscal Years 98/99, 99/00, 00/01, and
01102; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the qualifications and experience of the proposals
and has determined that the firm of DeVries Data Systems, Inc. meets the requirements of the
City's RFP dated June 3,1998; and
WHEREAS, the lowest qualified bid was submitted by the firm of DeVries Data
Systems, Inc. for Management Information Services as quoted, not to exceed $314,000 for FY
98/99; $329,700 for FY 99/00; $346,185 for FY 00/01; and $363,495 for FY 01102;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposal for Management
Information Services from DeVries Data Systems, Inc. be approved.
