RESOLUTION NO. 9396
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY P A VEX
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF A
NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 9218 on April 15, 1997, awarding a
contract to Pavex Construction Company for construction of the improvements known as the
combined Hamilton/Highway 17 Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, Pavex Construction Company has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the contract documents; and
WHEREAS, the improvements constructed are now in public use;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby accepts the improvements constructed under the Hamilton/Highway 17
Improvements Project (95-13) and directs the City Engineer to file a Notice of Completion.
