RESOLUTION NO. 9395
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE ACTING PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH PROGRAMMETRIC DATA SERVICES FOR CITYWIDE AERIAL
MAPPING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City reqUIres accurate aerial photographs for use In design and
planning of City projects; and
WHEREAS, the last full scale aerial update flown for the City of Campbell was on
July 14, 1988; and
WHEREAS, the City has undergone continued growth and redevelopment since the last
aerial update; and
WHEREAS, staff has contacted several firms and evaluated various options regarding
types of aerials that could be obtained ; and
WHEREAS, staff determined that Photogrammetric Data Services, Inc., presented the
best proposal for acquiring updated Citywide aerial photographs on hardcopy and computer
disk.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the Acting Public Works Director is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
Photogrammetric Data Services, in the amount of $39,957.50 for citywide aerial mapping.
