RESOLUTION NO. 9388
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY TRACT 8726
(PEACHTREE ESTATES) AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF THE
NOTICE OF SATISFACTION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 8831 on June 20, 1995, approving
the Final Map for Tract 8726 and executing an agreement for street improvements; and
WHEREAS, on September 15, 1997 the City entered into a subsequent agreement with
the developer to complete additional street improvements within Tract 8726; and
WHEREAS, public street improvements required in the aforementioned agreement have
been completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby accepts the public street improvements constructed in Tract 8726 and directs
staff to file the Notice of Satisfaction.
