RESOLUTION NO. 9.186
BEING A RESOLUTION OF TIm CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR
SC 99-01, ANNUAL STREET SWEEPING
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell on April 21, 1998, approved
specifications and called for bids for SC 99-01, Annual Street Sweeping; and,
WHEREAS, bids have been called for and received for SC 99-01, Annual Street
Sweeping; and,
WHEREAS, Piazza Mobil Sweeping has been found to be the lowest responsible bidder
for the total annual bid of $61,177.20.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the contract for street sweeping services, SC 99-01, Annual Street Sweeping, be awarded
to Piazza Mobil Sweeping for the term beginning July 1, 1998, and ending June 30, 1999.
