A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF BID FOR
FINANCIAL AUDIT SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has reviewed a request for
proposals (RFP) for Financial Audit Services for Fiscal Years 97/98, 98/99 and 99/00; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the qualifications and experience of the proposals
and has determined that the audit firm of Moss, Levy & Hartzheim meets the requirements of the
City's RFP dated April 8, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the lowest qualified bid was submitted by the audit firm of Moss, Levy &
Hartzheim for financial audit services as quoted, not to exceed $32,400 per year for FY 97/98,
98/99 and 99/00;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposal for financial audit services
with Moss, Levy & Hartzheim be approved.
