RESOLUTION NO. 9374
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF
SURPLUS VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has been presented with a request
from staff to dispose of surplus vehicles and equipment; and,
WHEREAS, an agreement currently exists with The Nationwide Companies to provide
auction services for the disposal of surplus vehicles and equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the staff request for disposal of surplus vehicles and equipment through The Nationwide
Companies be approved.
