RESOLUTION NO. 9362
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING
SPECIFICA nONS AND CALLING FOR BIDS FOR
ANNUAL STREET SWEEPING CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has been presented with
specifications for contract street sweeping services entitled SC 99-01, Annual Street Sweeping;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the specifications for SC 99-01, Annual Street Sweeping, be and they are hereby, adopted
and approved, and that the Public Works Director is authorized and directed to give notice
inviting sealed proposals for said annual street sweeping contract in the manner and for the time
prescribed by law and present the bids to the City Council for its consideration.
