RESOLUTION NO. 1 13 7?
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
PG&E'S FOR AN ENERGY EFFICIENCY RETROFIT LOAN
WHEREAS, the boiler and pump for the Community Center Pool are over 15 years old
and have exceeded there life expectancy, and
WHEREAS, PG&E has requested and completed an engineering review and an
inspection of the boiler and pump replacement project, and
WHEREAS, PG&E has provided staff with a copy of the inspection report, loan
agreement, the On-Bill Financing, electric rate schedule, and loan calculation sheet, and
WHEREAS, PG&E has agreed to provide a no interest loan to replace the boiler and
pump for the Community Center pool.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
approve an Agreement with PG&E for an Energy Efficiency Retrofit Loan Program to
replace the boiler and pump for the pool at the Community Center and authorize the
Public Works Superintendent to award the contract.
