RESOLUTION NO. 9345
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE SELECTION OF GRIFFIN GRANT WRITING AND
CONSUL TING FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT GRANT WRITING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Police Department is engaged in the investigation of grant
funding opportunities to enable the Department to provide effective police services to the
community;
WHEREAS, the Police Department has distributed a Request for Proposal for
grant research and writing services;
WHEREAS, a respondent to the Police Department's Request for Proposal,
Griffin Grant Writing & Consulting, could provide the Police Department with valuable
assistance identifYing grant opportunities and preparing grant applications;
WHEREAS, the City Council has been presented with a request from staff to
authorize the selection of Griffin Grant Writing & Consulting for grant research and
writing services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the Police Department be authorized to approve and execute an agreement
for services with Griffin Grant Writing and Consulting.
