RESOLUTION NO. 9344
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING
CALL FOR BIDS FOR THE STREET MAINTENANCE PROJECT PHASE 1(98-02)
WHEREAS, on February 3, 1998, the City Council held a Study Session on the
proposed scope and timing of the street maintenance project; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the first phase of the project have been
prepared; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby approves the plans and specifications for the Street Maintenance Project
Phase I (98-02) and authorizes the Public Works Director to issue such plans and specifications
for public bid.
