RESOLUTION NO. 9340
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AMENDING THE
CITY'S OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE 1997/98 FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted an operating budget for all departments and
facilities of the City of Campbell for the Fiscal Year 1997-1998; and
WHEREAS, an adjustment is required in order to allow recabling of the local-area
network at the Recreation Center, with a total cost of $12,000 from the General Fund
Unappropriated Fund Balance;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the operating budget be increased by the amount of $12,000.
