RESOLUTION NO. 9338
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE
STATE-LOCAL ENTITY MASTER AGREEMENT NO. SLTPP-5306
FOR THE ST ATE-LOCAL PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
WHEREAS, in August, 1996, the State of California Department of Transportation (CalTrans)
informed the City that the Hamilton/Highway 17 Improvement Project (95-13) was approved to receive
$31,047 of State funds for pavement rehabilitation; and
WHEREAS, CalTrans requires execution of a Master Agreement in order to disburse funds to
the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby
authorizes the Public Works Director to execute State-Local Entity Master Agreement No. SLTPP-5306
for the State-Local Partnership Program.
