RESOLUTION NO. 9330
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING
CALL FOR BIDS FOR THE LOS GATOS CREEK TRAIL WIDENING
(pROJECT 95-03)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the funding submittal for the Los Gatos Creek
Trail Widening Project to the Metropolitan Transportation Commission and authorized funding
$49,500 of the project as the 20 % match; and,
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for the project have been prepared; and
WHEREAS, no objections to the plans have been raised by the Parks and Recreation
Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby approves the plans and specifications for the Los Gatos Creek Trail Widening
Project and authorizes the Public Works Director to issue such plans and specifications for
public bid.
