RESOLUTION NO. 9326
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT
TO THE AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
WITH WHITMORE, JOHNSON & BOLANOS
WHEREAS, the City has a need for specialized legal services; and
WHEREAS, the law firm of Whitmore, Johnson & Bolanos has provided
competent specialized legal services for the City for many years; and
WHEREAS, the City and the firm of Whitmore, Johnson & Bolanos wish to
amend the agreement for professional services to update the fee schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes the
attached amendment.
