RESOLUTION NO. 9318
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN IMPLEMENTATION AGREEMENT
WITH THE VALLEY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY FOR A TRANSIT SHELTER
ADVERTISING AND MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Valley Transportation Authority has implemented a transit shelter
maintenance and advertising program with a private advertising company and has asked all
jurisdictions to participate in the program; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell currently is not a participant in this program; and
WHEREAS, the City recognizes the benefits, fiscal and otherwise, to the City and
VT A of participating in the program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an amendment to the attached
Implementation Agreement for the Transit Shelter Advertising and Maintenance Program that
incorporates participation by the City of Campbell.
