RESOLUTION NO. 9317
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT
TO THE 1997-98 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for the 1997-
98 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, additional revenue is available to the City from the
State for Supplemental Law Enforcement Services; and
WHEREAS, the City has complied with the legal provisions
required to receive this revenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council
authorize a budget adjustment in order to accept and expend as required by law
the amount of approximately $91,000 from the State of California to be
deposited in the existing Supplemental Law Enforcement Services fund.

· Prepares reports for presentation to the District Attorney's Office and filing
with the Courts
· Tracks cases submitted to and returned by the District Attorney's Office
· Liaison between the Department and the District Attorney I s Office for case
review and further follow-up
· Liaison between the Department and the County Jail to monitor release of
inmates
· Presents evidence to the County Crime Laboratory for analysis
· Photo line-up presentation
. Subpoena services
· Watch Bulletin pick -up and delivery

6. Parks I patrol
7. Special Enforcement Area activities III Sharmon Palms,
Nidol Adler, and San Tomas areas
8. Other non-hazardous calls for service
9. Other duties as assigned by the FSD Watch Commander, such as
graffiti surveillance
