CC Resolution 9317 RESOLUTION NO. 9317 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE 1997-98 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for the 1997- 98 fiscal year; and WHEREAS, additional revenue is available to the City from the State for Supplemental Law Enforcement Services; and WHEREAS, the City has complied with the legal provisions required to receive this revenue. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorize a budget adjustment in order to accept and expend as required by law the amount of approximately $91,000 from the State of California to be deposited in the existing Supplemental Law Enforcement Services fund.
