RESOLUTION NO.~315
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE
BUDGET FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #97-01
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for Capital Improvement Project #97-
01: Handicap Accessibility Modifications to Main Gym Restrooms; and
WHEREAS, there are not adequate funds budgeted to meet the needs for the construction of
the modifications and improvements required; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the Capital Improvement Project Reserve (CIPR); and
WHEREAS, this project would be an appropriate and acceptable use of those funds.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council approves the attached
Budget Adjustment authorizing the transfer of$15,200 from the CIPR unappropriated fund balance
account 101.3641 to Capital Improvement Project #97-01: Handicap Accessibility Modifications
to Main Gym Restrooms account 435.9701.7883.
