RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AMENDED
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ASSIST U, SERVICE PROVIDER-SUBSTANCE
ABUSE COUNSELING
WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation required the implementation of
an alcohol and drug testing program for employees required to maintain
Commercial (Class B) Drivers Licenses; and
WHEREAS, the City requires Streets, Parks, and Vehicle Maintenance
employees to maintain Class B Drivers Licenses; and
WHEREAS, the execution of this amended Services Agreement with Assist
U will continue to provide substance abuse counseling services as needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby
authorize the City Manager to execute an amended Services Agreement with
Assist U.
