A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY O'GRADY PAVING, INC.
FOR THE CAMPBELL AVENUE RESURFACING PROJECT (97-71)
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 9228 on June 3, 1997, awarding a
contract to O'Grady Paving, Inc. for construction of the improvements known as the Campbell
Avenue Resurfacing Project, 97-71, and
WHEREAS, O'Grady Paving, Inc. has completed the aforementioned contract III
accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby accepts the improvements constructed under the Campbell Avenue
Resurfacing Project (97-71) and directs staff to file a Notice of Completion.
