CC Resolution 9300 RESOLUTION NO. 9300 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH SANTA CLARA COUNTY TRANSIT DISTRICT (VTA) FOR CLEAN AIR FUNDS AND TO ENTER INTO A THREE YEAR LEASE AGREEMENT FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLES WHERAS, the Santa Clara County Transit District (SCCTD) has been designated by the Cities of Santa Clara County as the Program Manager in Santa Clara County for Transportation Fund for Clean Air (TCFA) 40% funds; and WHERAS, SCCTD is responsible for disbursing TCFA 40% funds to eligible project sponsors in accordance with its agreement with the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD); and WHERAS, this agreement specifies the conditions under which SCCTD will reimburse TCFA 40% funds to sponsor for Fiscal Year 1995/96; and WHERAS, the City of Campbell wishes to lease electric vehicles with fiscal year 1995/96 TCFA 40% funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute an agreement with SCCTD Congestion Management Program for Transportation Fund for Clean Air and to enter into a three year lease agreement for electric vehicles. vote: PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of November, 1997, by the following roll call AYES: Councilmembers: Dougherty I Watson I Dean I Furtado I Conant NOES: Councilmembers: None ABSENT: Councilmembers: None ()~ BARBARA CONANT, MAYOR AU~ A4- Anne Bybee, City Clerk
