RESOLUTION NO. 9267
BEING A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH COLUMBIA GOOD SAMARITAN HOSPITAL FOR
FLU SHOTS TO SENIOR CITIZENS
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell recognizes the need for flu shots for Senior Citizens in
Campbell; and
WHEREAS, Columbia Good Samaritan Hospital in conjunction with the Evergreen College
Nursing Program is designated as the agency to provide the flu shots and personnel;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to execute an
agreement with Columbia Good Samaritan Hospital for flu shot services on October 17, 1997
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of September 1997, by the following roll call vote:
