BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH PICTURE THIS! PRODUCTIONS
FOR CABLECASTING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized staff to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the
cablecasting and production of live and prerecorded City Council and Planning Commission
Meetings; and
WHEREAS, one proposal was received from Picture This! Productions, headquartered In
Campbell which meets the scope of services as described in the RFP; and
WHEREAS, the scope of services to be provided by Picture This! Productions includes
production and live broadcast of all regular City Council and Planning Commission Meetings,
replay of meetings, editing of the City's video bulletin board, and broadcast of special
meetings as needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
authorizes the City Manager to execute an Agreement with Picture This! Productions for
cablecasting services.
