A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY SAROTT
CONSTRUCTION FOR THE MOZART PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE
PROJECT 95-10
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 9193 on February 4, 1997,
awarding a contract to Sarott Construction for construction of the improvements known as
Mozart Pedestrian Bridge Project 95-10; and
WHEREAS, Sarott Construction has completed the aforementioned contract In
accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed under the Mozart Pedestrian Bridge Project 95-10
and directs staff to file a Notice of Completion.
