RESOLUTION NO. 9259
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE POLICE CHIEF TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH DU-ALL SAFETY TO PROVIDE SAFETY AND
EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS TRAINING AND CONSULTING SERVICES
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1997-98
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell is required to provide a variety of safety and emergency
preparedness training for City employees; and
WHEREAS, funds have been budgeted in the 1997/98 Fiscal Year Budget for this service; and
WHEREAS, Du-All Safety is a firm specializing in safety and emergency preparedness
training and has provided competent service to the City on a limited basis in fiscal year
1996/97.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell finds
it in the best interest of the City to dispense with the formal bid process based on the
specialized services required, and authorizes the Police Chief to execute an Agreement with
Du-All Safety to provide these services.
