A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A MASTER AGREEMENT FOR LOCAL AGENCY
USE OF STATE ADMINISTERED FUNDS
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Campbell has been presented with a
Master Agreement Administering Agency-State Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects from the
State; referred to as Local Agency-State Agreement No. 04-5306; and
WHEREAS, this new agreement will replace the previous Master Agreement
Administering Agency-State Agreement for Federal Aid Projects executed on July 10, 1978;
and
WHEREAS, the new agreement incorporates the reengineering of the State Department
of Transportation and the new provisions of the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency
Act (ISTEA)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell that
the Mayor and the City Clerk be and the same are hereby authorized to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the City of Campbell.
