RESOLUTION NO. 9247
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH FIRM
SOLUTIONS, INC. FOR WORKERS' COMPENSATION ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
WHEREAS, FIRM Solutions, Inc. has the responsibility of administering the
City's Workers' Compensation Program; and
WHEREAS, the services provided by this firm continue to be very good, and
staff wishes to continue utilizing FIRM Solutions as the City's third-party
administrator for the coming fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes the
City Manager to execute said Amendment on behalf of the City.
