RESOLUTION NO. 9243
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL, AUTHORIZING
THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR
CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR THE
PREPARATION OF TECHNICAL ELEMENTS AND
ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS FOR THE CITY'S
GENERAL PLAN UPDATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell did on the 18th day of February,
1997, appropriate funds in the amount of$65,000 for the preparation oftechnica1
elements and environmental analysis in conjunction with the City's General Plan update;
and,
WHEREAS, the Community Development Department prepared a Request for Proposals
and conducted a review of the information that was submitted in response to it; and,
WHEREAS, the Community Development Director has selected a Consultant whose
proposal matches the information outlined in the Request for Proposals, and is within the
budget that was approved by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Community Development Director is
authorized to execute an agreement with Crawford, Multari and Clark Associates, a
planning consulting firm, to prepare the technical elements and environmental analysis
for the City of Campbell's General Plan Update.
