RESOLUTION NO. 9242
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING A FINAL TRACT MAP FOR TRACT NO. 8959, ACCEPTING
THE DEDICATIONS OFFERED THEREON, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE STREET INWROVEMENTAGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell, California, as follows:
The City hereby approves the Final Tract Map for Tract No. 8959, approves the name
Cullen Court for the newly created cul-de-sac and consents to recording of the map, the
dedications offered on the map are accepted for the purposes for which the same are offered, and
the Mayor is authorized to execute a Street Improvement Agreement with B & C Homes, Inc. to
install street improvements for Tract No. 8959 at 1142-1154 Smith Avenue.
