RESOLUTION NO. 9229
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING
AN AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 1996/97 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City has adopted a budget for the 1996/97 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, there is an unanticipated need for funds for 1996/97; and
WHEREAS, reserves have been established for funding the Workers'
Compensation Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes the
transfer of $102,340.00 from Workers' Compensation reserves to Workers'
Compensation Insurance Claims Expense (516.7442).
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, 1997, by the following roll
