RESOLUTION NO. 9227
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING
CALL FOR BIDS FOR THE MORGAN PARK PHASE I
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT (97-19)
WHEREAS, on November 4, 1996, the City Council approved a Park Improvement
Implementation Plan and identified John D. Morgan Park as the first priority for
improvements; and
WHEREAS, on December 3, 1996, the City Council approved a consultant services
agreement for preliminary engineering and final design of the improvements recommended in
the Park Improvement Implementation Plan; and
WHEREAS, Moore Iacofano Goltsman has produced plans, specifications and an
estimate for improvements at John D. Morgan Park;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby approves the plans and specifications for the Morgan Park Phase I
Improvements Project (97-19), and authorizes the Public Works Director to issue such plans
and specifications for public bid.
