RESOLUTION NO. 9223
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY
COLLISHA W CONSTRUCTION FOR THE CAMPBELL INN BRIDGE
PROJECT 01-07 AND THE CAMPBELL PARK BRIDGE PROJECT 93-51
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 9017 on July 16, 1996, awarding
a contract to Collishaw Construction for construction of the improvements known as Campbell
Inn Bridge Project 01-07 and Campbell Park Bridge Project 93-51; and
WHEREAS, Collishaw Construction has completed the aforementioned contract in
accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby accepts the improvements constructed under the Campbell Inn Bridge Project
01-07 and Campbell Park Bridge Project 93-51 and directs staff to file a Notice of Completion.
