RESOLUTION NO. 9220
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT
TO INFORMATION & REFERRAL, INC. TO PROVIDE
TENANTILANDLORD COUNSELING AND MEDIATION SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City desires to continue specialized services for resolving tenantllandlord
disputes within the City of Campbell; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell and Information & Referral Services, Inc. are entered into an
agreeable contract for the provision of tenantllandlord counseling and mediation services; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to continue the services of Information & Referral due to an
increased volume of calls, office visits, and number of mediations.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell does
hereby authorize a $36,000 contract to Information & Referral, Inc.
