RESOLUTION NO. 9206
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY V ALLEY
CREST LANDSCAPING, INC. FOR PROJECT 95-21 - JACK FISCHER PARK
AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 8930 on February 6, 1996, awarding
a contract to Valley Crest Landscaping, Inc. for the construction of improvements known as
Project 95-21 - Jack Fischer Park; and
WHEREAS, Valley Crest Landscaping, Inc. has completed the aforementioned contract
in accordance with the contract documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby accepts the improvements constructed under Project 95-21 - Jack Fischer
Park, and directs staff to file the Notice of Completion.
