RESOLUTION NO. 9195
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING
CALL FOR BIDS FOR THE HAMILTON/HIGHWAY 17 IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, on November 7, 1995, the City Council approved a professional services
agreement with Parsons Brinckerhoff for preliminary design of the Hamilton/Highway 17
improvement project; and
WHEREAS, on February 20, 1996, the City Council approved an agreement with
Parsons Brinckerhoff for final design of the Hamilton/Highway 17 improvement project; and
WHEREAS, Parsons Brinckerhoff has produced plans, specifications and an estimate for
improvements to the Hamilton/Highway 17 project area;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby approves the plans and specifications for the Hamilton/Highway 17 Improvement Project
and authorizes the Public Works Director to issue such plans and specifications for public bid.
